NUCLEAR PEST CONTROL / YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy,
in plain sight.
How we handle website enquiries, referrals and service information—and how to get in touch about your information.
Notice prepared 15 October 2026 · Version 1.0
Who we are
This notice describes information handled through Nuclear Pest Control’s website enquiry forms, referrals, client account functions and tenant support. Nuclear Pest Control is an Omni Home Services company. For questions about this notice, contact bugs@nuclearpest.com or call 423-808-2847.
What we collect
Enquiries and coverage requests. The details you choose to submit, including your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, town, ZIP code, property type, requested service, message and any address or closing date you provide.
Referrals. Your contact information, the referred person’s name and contact details, your relationship to them and your preferred allocation of the referral credit. Please obtain their permission before sharing their information.
Customer accounts and tenant requests. Where these services are enabled, the information can include login and access records, service properties and units, reported issues, appointment preferences, permission to enter, photographs, visit records and customer-visible service summaries.
Website operation. Our website and hosting/security providers process technical information needed to deliver pages, manage sign-in sessions, prevent abuse and investigate problems. Form records may include the source page, submission time and technical information recorded by the form and security tools.
How the information is used
We use the relevant information to respond to enquiries, confirm coverage, discuss service needs, arrange and document work, maintain permitted account access, investigate reported concerns and administer referrals.
Submitting an enquiry allows us to reply about that enquiry. It does not automatically enrol you in promotional messages. A referral submission records a request for review; it does not automatically create a customer account or apply a credit.
Please do not include card details, passwords, door codes or unrelated sensitive information in a general enquiry.
Who can access the information
Information is available to authorized staff and the service providers needed to operate the website, support communications, store information or carry out the relevant service. Where information is shared with another party, the purpose and scope should relate to the enquiry, service or applicable requirement.
Customer and property-manager access depends on the account, property or unit authorization recorded by the office. Tenant portal access is limited to the tenant’s linked requests and permitted records. A public tracking link provides only a limited request summary; it does not reveal contact information, addresses, private notes or photographs.
Keep logins and private tracking links secure. Contact the office promptly if someone should no longer have access or if you believe a link has been shared in error.
Storage, protection and retention
Enquiry records are stored in the website’s restricted form-management area. Customer service records and permitted photographs are held in the account/support system when it is enabled. Service providers may process or store information in the locations used for their services.
Information is retained as needed to respond to the enquiry, manage the service relationship or referral, resolve questions and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. The office must review retention and removal according to its approved business policy. Expiry of a tracking link is not the same as deletion of the associated service record.
Access controls and other safeguards help protect information, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Backups and recovery copies may continue to contain information for the period needed for their recovery purpose.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to ask about information you have provided, request a correction, ask about deletion or explain a contact preference. We may need to verify your identity or authority before making changes or releasing records. What we can provide or remove depends on the circumstances and applicable requirements.
You can choose whether to submit a website form or contact us by telephone or email instead. Please do not submit unnecessary information about children or other people.
Contact us about privacy

We may update this notice when the website, services or information-handling practices change. The notice date above identifies the version presented here.
